Bill Hufnagle, aka Biker Billy (www.bikerbilly.com), is the host of a cable cooking show and the author of three previous cookbooks. A vegetarian Harley rider who loves all things hot and spicy, Biker Billy has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America, and National Public Radio, and is a frequent guest at motorcycle rallies across the country. A syndicated columnist and contributor to numerous motorcycle publications, he lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains north of Asheville, North Carolina.
