Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange: Any item in its original condition, with its original packaging and accessories, unless specified otherwise within the products online information. Any returned item(s) MUST NOT Be: worn, soiled, ironed, washed, or in any condition other than its new "as shipped" condition. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Wrong Size Policy
If you order the wrong size, simply return the item along with a check, money order or credit card information to cover shipping and, if stock is available, we will send you the new requested size. We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself from loss. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Errors and Omissions We do our best to avoid these type of errors, but they sometimes occur. We reserve the right to make corrections whenever needed

In Stock & Out of Stock Items
Most of the items we offer are either in our present stock or are in our suppliers’ stock. The vast majority of our suppliers are within 10 miles of our shipping facilities so we will get items from them as needed and will not delay your order unless both inventory locations are depleted. When this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible on how long it will be until we receive the next shipment so that you may decide if you wish to wait until the items become available again.

Many of the items we offer are seasonal and, as such, the manufacturers are geared to produce a quantity they deem sufficient for that season. This means the item(s) you want may not be available after the Roar on the Shore® rally. Therefore, order your items early to help insure availability. We will remove items from the online store as soon as we become aware that they are no longer available. Please note that some items offered from the smaller vendors are actually made as needed and therefore may not be available for immediate shipment. However, they are usually ready a day or two after the item has been purchased.
