Thursday, July 19

11 A.M. // Vendor Alley Opens

Food, beverages, merchandise and bike vendors. Bike parking available inside The Hub and along State Street.

Noon - 4:30 P.M. // Yamaha Demo Rides

The Hub at Perry Square

1 P.M. // Biker Billy Show

America’s favorite spicy food personality heats up Roar 2012. Location TBA.

2 P.M. // Bringin’ in the Roar Pre-Parade Gathering

Presque Isle Downs & Casino, 8199 Perry Highway. Donation: $20 per bike at the gate (includes ride in the parade). Live music, food, beverages and merchandise.

3 P.M. // Biker Billy Show

5 P.M. // Beer Garden

Get there early for beer specials and premium viewing for Thursday’s concert. Located right in front of the Main Stage. Donation: $10. Must be 21 with proof of valid ID to enter.

5 P.M. // RocktheRoar Contest Winner

The Hub at Perry Square Main Stage

6 P.M. // Bringin’ in the Roar Bike Parade

Parade departs Presque Isle Downs & Casino, making its way into The Hub at Perry Square.

8 P.M. // Welcome

Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott rings in the 2012 bike rally at The Hub at Perry Square Main Stage.

8:30 P.M. // Meet the Miss Roar on the Shore Contestants

10 A.M. - 6 P.M. // Victory Demo Rides

The Hub at Perry Square

11 A.M. // Lake Escape Motorcycle Run

Loop Lakes Erie, Findley and Chautauqua on this run from Pennsylvania to New York. Helmets are required; run is limited to first 100 bikes registered.

3 P.M. - 6 P.M. // Thunder on the Isle: The Mayor’s Ride Pre-Ride Gathering

Donation: $10 per bike. Live music, food and beverages at Harley-Davidson of Erie, 4575 West Ridge Road.

4 P.M. // Ladies Only Ride

Location TBA

5 P.M. // Beer Garden

Scenic ride through North East’s wine country departs Off-Road Express.
